We would like to inform you that the founder of Cuprum Coin, Mr. Mario Urlić and the founder of Meteor Minerals, Mr. Fernando Gallardo Morgan, initiated the procedure for the creation of a joint company/corporation that will be responsible for the production of the underlying asset in the form of ultrafine nano copper powder exclusively for Cuprum Coin.

What is the goal of this move?

Namely, considering that the Meteor Minerals group deals with several activities, and there is the possibility of production for its own purposes of direct sales, Cuprum Coin wants to secure its underlying assets in the long term in the form of ultrafine nano copper powder for the complete coverage of the created CUCs.

In this way, Cuprum Coin will have complete control over the financing of production and R&D of Meteor Minerals, which is intended from the sale of CUC tokens. Likewise, Cuprum Coin wants to be sure of the production team and scientists, who are definitely the most essential part of this chain, and who are ready to work in this new corporation.

Therefore, the company Cuprum Coin Dubai, whose registration should be completed in the next week or two, will enter the co-ownership of the new company Meteor Minerals LLC SpA formed in Chile and vice versa.

In accordance with all the above, special bottles for packing Cuprum Coin assets are already being prepared, which will have exclusively our labels, as well as an international barcode. All future production of our underlying asset will immediately become the ownership of Cuprum Coin, and as such will be transported to Dubai, in one of the security warehouses.
