Scam and fraud warning! Calls and emails on behalf of Cuprum Coin!
Cuprum Coin, AN ATTEMPT TO FRAUD!
Dear users and fans of Cuprum Coin,
In the past few days, we have received two emails that certain people (ie. Zlatan Sosa or Zlatan Drajer) are calling clients, sending emails, we assume in Croatia and the region, and presenting themselves as employees of our company Cuprum Coin. They ask them for various bank account information, send various links to connect to certain platforms, etc.
THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO FRAUD!
Our company has never sent any offers, nor do our employees call by phone.
Our support exclusively sends service notifications to users from the email: support@cuprumcoin.com and that is the only way to communicate with us. Everything else outside the cuprumcoin.com domain is fake, as are all phone calls.
We also want to emphasize that we do not have presale users from Croatia and the region, and especially that the emails that come to us (complaints, print screen above) are not from our clients! Therefore, the database of emails to which messages are sent is not ours.
Please be careful and do not give anyone any personal information, especially bank information! Mark that email as a Spam!
